The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vellore, responsible for driving growth in Adithya Advertising’s bulk SMS and mobile marketing services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their communication and marketing needs.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, meeting revenue and activity targets, attending client meetings and industry events, and providing regular reports and insights on market trends and competition. The role also includes working closely with operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales,



and client relationship management within advertising, telecom, or SaaS sectors.
- Experience in mobile marketing, bulk SMS solutions, or digital communication platforms, with an understanding of APIs, gateways, and messaging services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in explicit, business-friendly language.
- Competence in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with the Chennai market and willingness to work on-site in Vellore.
