About the Role

NSN Studio Divine and Atluxe are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, final-year students, and interns who are eager to build a career in sales, client relations, and business strategy. You will gain hands-on exposure to lead generation, client interactions, market research, and business growth while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through online research and networking.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the senior business development team.
- Understand client requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain client databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project onboarding.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and college




- engagement activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, Marketing,
- Business Management, or related fields.
- Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
