We are looking for a confident, well-organised and communication-savvy candidate to handle Builder Project Coordination, Telecalling, Lead Follow-up and Client Coordination . The candidate will act as a key coordination point between Property Navigators, builders/developers, sales team and prospective clients . We need Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Good Hindi, Gujarati and English communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and builder representatives. Valuable follow-up and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM .
Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to learn real estate projects. Real estate / telecalling / sales / customer-service experience will be an advantage.
