Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Agent – Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and providing exceptional customer service at the airport.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle ticketing, reservations, and other inquiries from passengers - Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety procedures - Assist passengers with special needs,
such as wheelchair assistance - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Attend training sessions and meetings as required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible schedules,
including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance - Fluency in
