Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for multiple clients across channels such as Email, SMS, web banners, push notifications, etc. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales) to ensure timely campaign deployment.
Ensure campaign assets, creatives, tracking links, and messaging meet client expectations and platform guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and optimize for lead generation, conversion rates (CVR), engagement, and ROI.
Analyze user behaviour and identify prospects for better segmentation, targeting, and retention.
Use data insights to recommend improvements to clients and internal teams.
