You should be equally comfortable advising CMOs, challenging strategy, unlocking prospects, and building high-performing teams. What You’ll Do - Own senior client relationships and become a trusted advisor on business decisions
Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive chance spotting
Bring sharp, integrated thinking across creative, media, content, and tech
Play a key role in pitches with clear POVs and strong storytelling
Build and lead a high-performance account management team
Ensure delivery excellence across timelines, quality,



and profitability What You Bring - 12+ years in account management within digital or integrated agencies
Experience managing large brands and revenue targets
Solid understanding of what drives real business outcomes in digital
Ability to sell, defend, and scale ideas
