Experience: 2–5 Years (Healthcare, Aesthetic, Dental, Wellness, or Hospital Management Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and customer service.
Supervise reception, nursing, and support staff.
Handle patient inquiries, consultations, and treatment coordination.
Manage billing, inventory, vendor relations, and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth execution of aesthetic procedures and patient follow-ups.
Monitor clinic performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Implement marketing campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinic presentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, dental, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Sales and customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
