Key Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Direct Banking, preferably within the corporate banking segment.
Extensive experience in managing NTB portfolios, particularly within the Indian corporate sector.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Corporate Loans, Syndication Loans, and Fixed Deposits.
Proven ability to identify business opportunities, acquire recent corporate clients, and build long-term relationships.
Solid understanding of corporate banking products, financial solutions, and client requirements.
A results-oriented skilled with a strong passion for driving business growth, revenue generation, and organizational excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
