We are looking for a Management Trainee to gain hands-on exposure across various business functions within the fashion and retail industry. The role will involve working on live projects, implementing SOPs and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Work on projects across Operations, Marketing, Retail, Business Development, and other functions.
Support day-to-day business activities, reporting, research, and process improvement initiatives.
Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to SOPs and defined processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project and process execution.
Analyse data and prepare MIS, reports, and presentations.
Identify process gaps and support corrective and improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.




Gain practical exposure to different business functions and contribute to organisational initiatives.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Marketing, Business Management, Retail/Fashion Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Robust communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude with a robust willingness to learn and take responsibility.
