Role Description

The
AI Digital Marketing Manager
will be responsible for building and executing Biz4Group’s AI-first digital marketing strategy with a transparent focus on
visibility,



qualified leads, pipeline, and business growth
.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. The person will be expected to understand how AI is changing search, content, customer discovery, and marketing execution, and use that knowledge to build better marketing systems.

The role will cover
SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search visibility, content, social media, performance marketing, email, lead generation, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization
.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an AI-first digital marketing strategy for Biz4Group’s AI services and products.
- Improve visibility across
Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI/answer engines
through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Drive qualified B2B leads through organic, paid, social, content, email, and other digital channels.
- Develop content strategies around real customer problems, search intent, AI
