₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals & healthcare professionals

• Conduct regular field visits and develop referral networks

• Identify and onboard new referral doctors and potential referral sources

• Promote ophthalmology services, consultants, treatments & facilities





• Generate and increase OPD, diagnostic & surgical patient referrals

• Follow up with referring doctors and coordinate for referred patients

• Participate in health camps, exhibitions, events & promotional activities

• Maintain field-visit reports, leads & follow-up records

• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets
