We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business-development activities for

interior design, construction, and related services. The role will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality

leads, managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding the sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for residential and commercial interior design, construction, and related projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business through market visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, partnerships, and existing client

relationships.
- Identify and develop relationships with high-value residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional clients.
- Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable interior/design and project solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, closure,



and handover.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits, client presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms while protecting project profitability.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals, and

referral partners.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
- Track team performance and support junior sales executives in lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closures.
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth client communication and

project handover.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to strengthen the sales pipeline.
