Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager
to drive growth and excellence across InMobi’s publisher partnerships. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships within our App, Web, and CTV ecosystems.

You will be the trusted advisor to our publishers — guiding them through optimization, yield strategies, and data-driven insights to unlock maximum monetization potential. As part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketplace teams to help expand InMobi from an app-first exchange to a truly omnichannel platform.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of App & Web publishers, driving long-term performance growth and satisfaction,



with working exposure to CTV supply as needed.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through yield optimization, header bidding configuration reviews, upsell of monetization products, and proactive identification of demand-side gaps (fill rate, eCPM compression, bid density).
- Build deep technical and commercial understanding of each publisher's stack — ad server setup, mediation/wrapper configuration, supply path — to diagnose issues and drive optimization conversations independently, without relying on Product/Ops to interpret the problem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Demand, Marketplace, Engineering, and Business Development teams to coordinate supply and demand strategy, resolve technical integration issues, and shape roadmap priorities using direct publisher feedback.
