Role Purpose

The Manager – Fundraising & Communication will lead fundraising initiatives and strengthen stakeholder engagement through strategic partnerships, compelling communication, and impactful storytelling. The role is responsible for securing grants, building CSR partnerships, managing donor relationships, and creating communication campaigns that amplify the Foundation's mission while achieving annual fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Grant Management
- Identify funding opportunities through foundations, trusts, government bodies,



and international grant-making organizations.
- Research, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
- Maintain a grant pipeline and ensure timely submission, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Develop fundraising strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.

Corporate Partnerships & CSR
- Identify and engage potential CSR partners aligned with the Foundation's mission.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate organizations and strategic partners.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective donors.
- Maintain a database of CSR opportunities and partnership prospects.

Communication & Content Development
- Create compelling fundraising collateral including:
- Grant Proposals
- CSR Presentations
- Annual Reports
- Impact Reports
- Case Studies
- Donor Decks
- Newsletters
- Success Stories
- Translate program outcomes int
