Production Engineer – HVAC Manufacturing

1. Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities for the manufacturing of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Air Control Products, Air Distribution Products and other HVAC sheet-metal products, ensuring production is completed as per approved drawings, quality requirements, production schedules and delivery commitments.

The Production Engineer will be responsible for effective shop-floor execution, manpower utilization, production planning, process control, quality and productivity improvement.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Production Execution
- Execute daily production plans as assigned by the Production Manager / Factory Head.
- Monitor production activities from raw material cutting through fabrication, assembly and final completion.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.




- Allocate work to operators, fabricators, welders, fitters and helpers.
- Monitor work progress and identify production delays and bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper sequencing of jobs to achieve smooth production flow.
- Maintain proper WIP control on the shop floor.

B. Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Supervise and coordinate processes including:
- Sheet cutting / shearing
- CNC Laser / Plasma cutting
- CNC Punching
- Press Brake / CNC bending
- Rolling and forming
- Welding and fabrication
- Grinding and finishing
- Riveting and fastening
- Assembly
- Insulation-related activities
- Powder coating / surface finishing coordination

Ensure that all activities are carried out according to approved drawings and manufacturing requirements.

C. HVAC Product Manufacturing

Work closely with the Design and Production teams for manufacturing of:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- HVAC equipment enclosures
- Air C
