Position Name:- Sales Transformation Manager

Location: Zimbabwe

Education: Good Tier B MBA Institutes

Age Criteria - 30-40 Years

Industry Specification:- FMCG, food and beverages, personal care, home care, dairy, consumer goods from positive companies

Roles and Responsibilities:- - Review the existing sales and distribution model
- Identify gaps in outlet coverage, route productivity, and distributor performance
- Redesign sales territories, routes, visit frequencies, and call cycles
- Create structured segmentation for distributors, customers, channels, and outlets
- Establish KPIs and performance scorecards for sales representatives, managers, and distributors
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS dashboards
- Track distribution, strike rate, productive calls, sales per route, stock, collections, and launch execution
- Support the introduction of sales automation, distributor management, and route optimization systems
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products
- Coordinate launch planning across sales, marketing, finance, production, and supply chain




- Train and coach the sales team on route management, data usage, selling skills, and execution standards
