- Lead end-to-end application and service transition programs.n
- Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, and governance frameworks.n
- Manage transition timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.n
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure business readiness throughout the transition lifecycle.n
- Plan and oversee knowledge transfer, operational readiness, stabilization, and hypercare activities.n
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and business teams to ensure successful transition execution.n
- Support RFP/RFI responses by developing transition approaches, solution plans, effort estimates, and governance models.n
- Monitor transition progress, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular executive status reporting.n
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and quality processes.n
