Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage shutdown and turnaround activities within approved windows.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
- Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and progress meetings.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and contractual requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and client relationships.
- Oversee commissioning, start-up, and project close-out activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Primavera P6, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Projects.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Management or Execution Management roles.
- Proven experience managing EPC, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Brownfield Projects.
- Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, YASREF, SADARA, Ma'aden, SEC, SIPCHEM, or similar clients preferred.
- Experience managing large shutdown workforces and multidisciplinary teams.
