Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram.
The Business Development
Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and support the growth of the clinic’s client base.
Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective clients and partners, nurturing relationships, and presenting services in a transparent and consultative manner. The role involves coordinating with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities,
and preparing basic reports on business development activities and performance. The individual will also contribute ideas to marketing and promotional initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in Communication, with clear, professional verbal and written interaction skills.
- Capability in Account Management, including relationship-building and client retention.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a related service industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role with a focus on service quality and ethical sales practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good organizational skills, basic proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools, and the ability to meet targets.
