This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators , eager to learn B2B sales, and want to build a long-term career in HR services, compliance, and risk solutions .

Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance teams in corporates Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals Understand client hiring and verification requirements Pitch BGV and employee verification services to prospective clients Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or founders Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / trackers Support proposal sharing, onboarding coordination, and documentation Eligibility &
