Roles & Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into explicit functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and product vision.

- Gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements through BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, mockups, and process documentation.

- Act as a bridge between business, clients, Product, Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication across stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, workflow optimization, enhancement of existing products, and improvement of user experiences.

- Coordinate Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task sequencing, internal task collaboration, and sprint execution.

- Use AI tools for creating mockups, workflows, documentation, and other productivity-related tasks.

- Identify automation and AI-driven improvement opportunities to support digital transformation and process efficiency.

- Track KPIs,



analyse data, and support data-driven decision-making across product and business workflows.

- Coordinate UAT, testing validation, release readiness, product launches, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct market visits, client workshops, and project kickoff discussions to understand business needs and support solution delivery.

- Maintain project documentation, communication records, and process-related updates in a structured and timely manner.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or product-based organizations is preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, workflow design, and mockup creation.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with AI productivity and design tools.

- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Excel, Lovable, Claude, and analytics tools.

- Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
