Location : Dwarka

We are a growing advisory firm working across financial & growth consulting. Our work spans across startups, scale-ups, and global ventures. This is a generalist role working directly with our leadership team. You will move between market research, financial models, client-facing materials, and brand communication — turning analysis into decks, proposals, and thought leadership that carry weight with a senior audience.

You will also take on coordination for leadership: preparing meeting briefs, tracking follow-ups, managing priorities, and making sure nothing slips.

Who Should ApplyProfessionals who are:

- 1-3 years of experience
- MBA / PGDM graduates with a Marketing and/or Finance background
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured thinkers who can convert research into a clear point of view
- Curious about business, finance, strategy, and different industries

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on industries, markets, competitors, and trends, and turn it into usable narratives
- Track funding activity, deal flow, and movements across the founder and investor ecosystem
- Build pitch decks, proposals, and case studies for client and investor conversations
- Write blogs, research summaries, articles, and website content




- Create LinkedIn content for the firm and leadership
- Develop monthly content calendars and analytics reporting
- Support the LinkedIn brand presence for the firm and its leadership
- Track performance and engagement metrics, and refine the approach
- Work directly with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership across the firm on ad-hoc, high-priority initiatives
- Coordinate across teams to gather inputs, chase inputs, and hold deadlines on shared deliverables
- Take on special projects that sit outside any single function, this is a generalist role and the mix will shift with what the business needs
