Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainee Banking Associates to join the banking team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical exposure to banking operations, customer service, financial products, and branch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account-related queries and banking services.
- Support account opening, KYC documentation and basic banking operations.
- Explain banking products such as savings accounts, loans, cards, insurance and digital banking services.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related issues.
- Assist branch staff with day-to-day banking operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support customer onboarding and follow-up activities.
- Promote relevant banking products and services to eligible customers.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms and operational procedures.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn banking products and processes quickly.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work at a bank branch/location as required.
