nBranch Leadership & Business Growth

- Take complete ownership of the Ahmedabad branch's business, revenue, operations and overall growth.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch's client portfolio and market presence.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities across PR, digital communications and integrated marketing.
n
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, brand heads, marketing teams and key decision-makers.
n

nDigital & Integrated Communications

n

- Lead digital communication mandates including social media strategy, content, digital campaigns, online reputation and brand communication.
n
- Develop integrated PR + digital communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
n
- Understand emerging digital trends, platforms, audience behavior and evolving communication formats.
n
- Work closely with creative, content, social media and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
n
- Ensure digital campaigns are measurable and demonstrate meaningful business and communication impact.

nClient Servicing

- Act as a senior strategic point of contact for key clients.
n
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
n
- Provide strategic counsel on PR, digital reputation, brand positioning and communication.
n
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, reporting and performance reviews.
n
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional communication services.

nTeam Management

- Lead, mentor and develop the team across PR, digital and client servicing.

- Set clear performance expectations and ensure timely delivery of client mandates.
n
- Build a collaborative, performance-driven and client-focused culture.
n
- Participate in hiring and development of senior talent for the branch.

nReputation & Market Leadership

- Build relationships with media, industry associations, influencers, business leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
n
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity and emerging communication opportunities.
n
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events, forums and business networking platforms.

nCandidate Profile

n

n
- 12–18 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Digital Communications, Integrated Marketing or a related field.
n
- Strong digital/social media handling background is essential.
n
- Proven experience in branch leadership, business development and revenue generation.
n
- Strong understanding of PR and integrated communications.
n
- Demonstrated experience in managing large or strategic client accounts.
n
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
n
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
n
- Experience working with senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
