Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for marketing consultants on bench, identifying suitable client/vendor requirements, and generating interview and placement opportunities in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote consultants available on bench to potential clients and vendors.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate the submission process.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, availability, rates, and marketing information.




- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure timely submission and interview preparation.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, closures, and placement status.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor/client database.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Solid knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment databases.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
