Role Summary

As the Azure/MS Copilot &

- Multi-Agent Engineer| you will architect| design| and implement enterprise conversational orchestration and multi-agent workflows. You will lead the setup of Microsoft Copilot Studio| define agent hand-off protocols| and ensure that AI outputs rigorously adhere to enterprise business rules and scoring matrices without bypassing human oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

- Configure specialized Copilot agents for submission intake| research| evaluation| scoring| explainability| and continuous learning.

- Establish strict prompt engineering guardrails and reasoning loops for multi-parameter scoring systems.

- Implement human-in-the-loop review triggers and confidence score thresholds.

- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to map existing business qualification rules into agent logic.





Technical Skills &

- Qualifications

- 8 years in enterprise software architecture| with at least 3 years focused on Conversational AI| GenAI| and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio| Azure OpenAI Service| and Prompt Flow.

- Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel| AutoGen| or LangChain).

- Solid knowledge of enterprise security standards| Microsoft Entra ID| and Purview data governance.

- Excellent client-facing communication and consulting delivery track record."
