Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Solutions Architect – Data & AI to join our growing cloud and data practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud solution architecture, data platforms, data engineering, and AI solutions, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, validate, and deliver cloud-native data and AI solutions. You will also contribute to architectural discussions, technical workshops, client presentations, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop cloud-native data and AI architectures using AWS and/or Azure.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable solution architectures.
- Design solutions involving Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, data platforms, and AI/ML architectures.
- Review existing architectures and provide recommendations for optimization, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Review and guide development teams on architectural patterns, best practices, and implementation standards.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services, data technologies, and AI/ML approaches based on business requirements.
- Participate in AI algorithm design, evaluation, and solution validation.
- Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with business objectives, architectural standards, and client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in solution design, architecture,



and technical problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuously evaluate emerging cloud, data, and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Cloud Solution Architecture with AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, data platforms, and modern data architecture patterns.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, model evaluation, and AI solution architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, security, scalability, availability, and cost optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability or potential to lead, mentor, and guide junior technical team members.
- Ability to participate confidently in client-facing technical discussions and workshops.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is required/preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
