Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Regular appearance before Labour Courts, Central Government Industrial Tribunals, District Courts, the High Court.
- Handling gratuity claims and matters arising under the Labour Codes
- Representation in industrial disputes and service matters
- Assisting with disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, and workforce-related litigation
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and case notes




- Legal research and preparation of arguments
- Coordinating with senior counsel, clients, and court staff across jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

- LLB with valid Bar Council enrollment
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident oral advocacy and courtroom presence
- Robust coordination, drafting, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between courts/tribunals as required
