Handle customer calls and queries professionally
Explain insurance products and services
Generate sales through effective communication and pitching
Assist customers with relevant information
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Achieve assigned performance and sales targets
Requirements
HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Comfortable with insurance sales
Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills
Prior experience in voice process, sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Rotational week off
