Role Overview

We're looking for a CRM Executive to own customer relationships across our cafe, bakehouse, and dining brands. This role sits at the heart of how we retain and delight guests, from managing our loyalty program to turning one-time visitors into regulars. It's a excellent fit for someone early in their career who communicates well and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the customer loyalty program, including enrolments, redemptions, and campaign execution
Maintain and segment the customer database for targeted outreach (offers, birthdays, win-back campaigns)
Handle customer feedback and complaints across calls, social media, and in-store channels, ensuring timely resolution
Run WhatsApp, SMS,



and email communication for promotions and customer engagement
Coordinate with outlet teams (cafe, bakehouse, roastery, RedCoal) to close the loop on guest issues
Track repeat-visit rate, NPS/CSAT, and share simple reports with management
Support in-store engagement initiatives to drive footfall and repeat visits

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable learning recent tools (POS systems, CRM/loyalty platforms, WhatsApp Business)
Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented when dealing with customers
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Prior experience or interest in F&B;, hospitality, or retail is a plus, not mandatory
