We are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team at InfoBeans in Bangalore (HSR Layout) ! If you have a knack for creating engaging user onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and interactive content using platforms like Whatfix , we’d love to connect.

Key Details Role: Digital Adoption Specialist Experience: 2.5 – 5 years Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) – Work from Office Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) What You'll Do Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules. Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas. Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.





What We’re Looking For 2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development. Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a strong plus!). Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
