NAssociate Director – Business Finance | Key Responsibilities

N1. Financial Planning & Analysis

NOwn AOP, QOP, MOP, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in partnership with business leadership.

NProvide strategic insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.

NLead performance reviews,highlighting key risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

N2. Strategic Business Partnering

NAct as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders, co-owning business targets and outcomes.

NDrive a deep understanding of business operations and key value drivers to identify growth, profitability, and productivity opportunities.

NChallenge assumptions andinfluence decisions through strong commercial and financial insights.

N3. Category & Commercial Finance

NLead financial strategy across categories, with ownership of profitability, pricing, margins, inventory, and supplier economics.

NPartner with Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize margins, inventory, and working capital.

NDrive initiatives to improve category profitability, cash conversion, and overall capital efficiency.

N4. Team Leadership

nLead,



mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

NFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and business ownership.

NDrive process simplification, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

NQualifications:

- CA or MBA with relevant experience of 4-6 years

- Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder & team management.

- Demonstrated experiencein revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance and category management.
N
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
