Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Category Operations Executive to manage day-to-day B2B and B2C marketplace operations. The role will be responsible for order management, invoicing, logistics coordination, inventory and SKU management, returns, and marketplace partner coordination to ensure seamless order fulfilment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Order &
- Logistics Management:

Manage the end-to-end B2B purchase order lifecycle, including order processing, transporter coordination, dispatch planning, and logistics execution.
- Order Processing &
- Fulfilment: Create and manage B2B Sales Orders in Unicommerce, ensuring accurate order processing and timely fulfilment.
- Marketplace Coordination: Coordinate with marketplace partners for slot bookings, ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) requirements, dispatch schedules, and other fulfilment-related requirements.
- Invoicing &
- Compliance: Manage Cocoblu DF invoicing and e-invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to operational and compliance requirements.
- Returns Management: Process B2B returns, coordinate with warehouse teams for receipt and inspection, and ensure timely putaway and inventory reconciliation.
- B2C Operations: Support day-to-day B2C marketplace operations, including order processing, invoice generation, order tracking,



and resolution of marketplace-related queries.
- SKU &
- Inventory Management: Create and maintain items/SKUs in Unicommerce, manage SKU mapping, and ensure accurate inventory syncing across marketplaces and internal systems.
- Packaging Procurement: Coordinate the procurement and availability of packaging materials required for B2B shipments, ensuring uninterrupted dispatch operations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Category Managers, Warehouse &
- Supply Chain teams, Finance, and Marketplace POCs to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Issue Resolution &
- Operational Excellence: Identify order, inventory, logistics, or marketplace-related issues and drive timely resolution while maintaining operational accuracy and service levels.

Key Skills &
- Competencies

- Robust understanding of category and order management operations
- Minimun 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C order processing and fulfilment
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce or similar OMS/WMS platforms
- Knowledge of invoicing, e-invoicing, ASN, and logistics processes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
