Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in creating a secure, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect well with children.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Support children in their academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Engage children in stories, rhymes, art & craft, music, games, and other learning activities.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain discipline through positive reinforcement.
- Provide individual attention and support to children whenever required.
- Help prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
- Monitor children's participation, behaviour,



and overall progress.
- Assist in maintaining classroom records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding routine classroom-related matters.
- Support the lead teacher during school events, celebrations, activities, and excursions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the classroom.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / NTT / ECCE / Montessori certification preferred.
- Prior experience in a preschool or school will be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
- Patient, caring, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality.
- Creative and comfortable conducting activity-based learning.
- Well-groomed, organised, and professional.
- Should be a good team player and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
