Role Description The Assistant Professor role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Atma Malik Institute of Technology and Research campus in Shahapur. The role involves delivering undergraduate engineering courses, designing and updating syllabi, preparing lesson plans, and conducting lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.

The Assistant

Professor will evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, and provide regular academic guidance and mentoring.

Responsibilities also include engaging in research and scholarly activities, publishing in relevant journals or conferences, and participating in departmental and institutional committees. Qualifications

- Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., M.E./M.Tech or equivalent) in the applicable engineering discipline; Ph.D. preferred or willingness to pursue doctoral studies.
- Strong foundation in subject-area knowledge with the ability to teach core and elective courses aligned with the University of Mumbai curriculum.
- Demonstrated teaching aptitude, including effective classroom delivery, student engagement, and use of modern instructional methods and educational technologies.
