- Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Logistics
- Location: Dairy Plant, Killy, Trivandrum, Kerala
- Age: Below 35 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate; Diploma in Logistics will be an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Logistics Supervisory/Management role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day logistics operations.
- Manage the fleet, including vehicles and logistics manpower.
- Plan and monitor cold-chain supply and distribution schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and logistics service providers.
- Ensure timely updating of logistics-related transactions in the ERP system.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and analytical reports related to logistics operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Stores, Finance,



and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost control and process improvement.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of products while maintaining the required cold-chain standards
- Experience in handling vehicles, drivers, transporters, and logistics manpower.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
- Experience in ERP-based logistics operations and reporting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
