We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager – IT to manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure, systems, applications, network, cybersecurity, end-user support, and technology operations across the Corporate Office and Project Sites.

The role will be responsible for ensuring IT availability, security, reliability, business continuity, and effective technology support to all departments and project locations. The position will also coordinate with internal teams, SAP/ERP teams, software vendors, service providers, and external IT consultants for smooth operation and implementation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage the overall IT infrastructure of the Corporate Office and project sites.
- Oversee desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, storage, UPS, and other IT assets.
- Ensure proper installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of IT hardware.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and availability.
- Plan infrastructure requirements based on business and project requirements.
- Ensure proper backup and recovery arrangements for critical systems.

2. Network & Connectivity
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor connectivity between Corporate Office and project sites.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and network vendors for uninterrupted connectivity.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network equipment.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Ensure appropriate network access controls and segregation.

3. IT Security & Cybersecurity
- Implement and monitor IT security policies and controls.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, firewall, email security, and access controls.
- Ensure timely security patches and software updates.
- Monitor unauthorized access, suspicious activities, malware, and security incidents.
- Conduct periodic review of user access and privileges.
- Implement appropriate password, access, backup, and data protection practices.
- Conduct employee awareness programs on cybersecurity, phishing, password security, and data protection.
- Coordinate with external cybersecurity consultants where required.

4. Server & System Administration
- Coordinate administration and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor server performance, storage, availability, and system health.
- Ensure scheduled backups and periodic restoration testing.
- Coordinate with server, database, and application administrators.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, licenses, and support details.
- Ensure appropriate disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements.

5. SAP / ERP & Business Application Coordination
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional teams, developers, and external consultants for SAP/ERP availability and support.
- Ensure timely resolution of application-related issues affecting business operations.
- Coordinate system access, connectivity, interfaces, printing, and infrastructure requirements.




- Support implementation and enhancement of ERP and other business applications.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, Sales, CRM, and other departments for application requirements.
- Monitor IT dependencies related to SAP HCM, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and other business functions.

6. IT Helpdesk & User Support
- Ensure timely IT support to employees at Corporate Office and project sites.
- Manage IT helpdesk and ticket-resolution process.
- Establish service-level standards for IT support.
- Monitor recurring IT issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Support onboarding and exit processes relating to IT assets, email accounts, system access, and user credentials.
- Ensure proper allocation and recovery of IT assets.

7. IT Asset Management
- Maintain an updated IT asset register covering:
- Desktops
- Laptops
- Servers
- Printers
- Network equipment
- UPS
- Software licenses
- Mobile devices and other IT equipment
- Track asset allocation, movement, repairs, warranty, AMC, and replacement.
- Establish proper asset handover and return procedures.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets.

8. Email & Collaboration Systems
- Manage corporate email systems and user accounts.
- Coordinate with email/service providers for technical issues.
- Manage user creation, deletion, access, groups, and permissions.
- Monitor email security, storage, spam, phishing, and availability.
- Support collaboration tools, video conferencing, cloud applications, and productivity platforms.

9. Software & License Management
- Maintain an inventory of software applications and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements.
- Coordinate renewal of software subscriptions and licenses.
- Evaluate software requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Prevent unauthorized software installation and usage.

10. IT Projects & Digital Transformation
- Lead or coordinate implementation of recent IT systems and technology projects.
- Evaluate technology solutions based on business requirements.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, migration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Support integration between various business applications wherever required.

11. Vendor & AMC Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, consultants, and AMC partners.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations for IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance.
- Negotiate commercial terms and renewal contracts.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and service support.
- Maintain vendor database, contracts, AMC details, warranties,



and escalation contacts.

12. IT Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare the annual IT budget covering hardware, software, licenses, AMC, connectivity, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT projects.
- Monitor IT expenditure against approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Evaluate CAPEX and OPEX requirements.
- Provide management with cost-benefit analysis for major IT investments.

13. IT Policies & Compliance
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Establish policies relating to:
- IT security
- Password management
- Internet usage
- Email usage
- Asset management
- Data backup
- Access control
- Software installation
- Remote access
- IT incident management
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Maintain IT audit documentation and support internal/external audits.

14. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Identify critical systems and business dependencies.
- Ensure regular backup of critical business data.
- Conduct periodic backup restoration and DR testing.
- Maintain appropriate recovery procedures for critical IT systems.

15. IT MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare and submit periodic IT MIS covering:

- IT incidents and ticket status
- System/network uptime
- Hardware and software inventory
- IT asset movement
- AMC and warranty status
- License renewals
- IT expenditure
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Backup status
- IT project status
- Vendor performance
- Pending IT issues
- Site-wise IT infrastructure status

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA / PG qualification in IT Management will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT service management will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial / team-lead role.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple offices / project sites.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or similar multi-location organizations will be preferred.
- Strong experience in network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT support, and vendor management.
- Experience coordinating with SAP/ERP teams and external technology partners.
- Should have experience in managing IT projects from requirement gathering through implementation and stabilization.
- Should be capable of independently handling IT operations and resolving critical issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
