? Position: Assistant Professor / Faculty – Finance & Management
? Employment: Full-Time | On-Campus
? Locations: Ahmedabad & Rajkot, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented lectures for MBA students
- Teach Finance, Accounting, Management, and related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and course materials
- Conduct classroom activities, discussions, presentations, assessments, and examinations
- Mentor students on academic performance, projects, internships, and career development
- Incorporate real-world financial and business examples into classroom teaching
- Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and industry-oriented assignments
- Participate in seminars, workshops, academic activities, and institutional initiatives
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic delivery
Eligibility & Skills
✔ MBA / M.Com / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
✔ Teaching experience at UG/PG level will be preferred
✔ Solid knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Management, and related subjects
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
✔ Strong student mentoring and academic coordination abilities
✔ Industry exposure in Finance / Management will be an added advantage
✔ Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred
