Role Description The Article Assistant will support senior professionals in delivering audit, accounting, and taxation services in a full time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with statutory and tax audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining books of accounts, and supporting direct and indirect tax compliance. The role also involves working on documentation, data analysis,



research on financial and tax matters, and assisting in preparation of reports and working papers.

The Article

Assistant will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing procedures.
- Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including tax returns, compliance, and related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting and tax software is an advantage.
- Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a professional team environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of relevant professional courses (e.g., CA articleship eligibility) preferred.
- High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and ability to manage time and multiple assignments effectively.
