Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design details for hospitality projects. Day-to-day work includes creating and refining architectural and interior layouts, producing construction documents, and collaborating with project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution. The role involves site visits, reviewing workmanship, resolving design and coordination issues, and supporting project management activities such as timelines and documentation.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



requiring close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in hospitality or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and basic understanding of Integration with other building systems.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including coordination with consultants, tracking milestones, and maintaining project documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, construction practices, and materials applicable to hospitality projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification; registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Strong spatial, technical, and detailing skills, with attention to quality, safety, and sustainability considerations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced project environment.
