About the Role:

We are hiring AR Callers for our medical billing / healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) process. This is a night-shift, work-from-office role based in Madhapur. Candidates must be able to reliably commute during night hours, as remote work is not available for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims
- Analyze unpaid/denied claims and determine the reason for non-payment




- Take appropriate action to resolve claims — appeals, resubmissions, corrected claims, etc.
- Document call details, claim status, and next steps accurately in the billing system
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets (calls per day, claims resolved, etc.)
- Escalate complex or unresolved claims to the team lead/supervisor as needed
- Stay updated on payer-specific guidelines, denial codes, and AR follow-up processes
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient/insurance data at all times
- Collaborate with the billing/coding team to resolve claim discrepancies

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Any graduate (freshers can apply); prior AR calling/medical billing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good spoken English communication skills (US voice process)
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare RCM, denial management, and insurance follow-up (added advantage for experienced candidates)
- Willingness to work compulsory night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Madhapur, Hyderabad during night hours
- Comfortable with work-from-office only (no WFH option)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing software familiarity is a plus)
