Job overview
We are looking for sincere and diligent candidates with strong oral and written communication skills to join us as Trainees for twelve months in various teams. As a trainee with Everest Group, you will get an prospect to work on complex business challenges, learn industry best practices, and know more about the domain.
Business Operations & Technology
Responsibilities:
- Support lead generation, data collection, and secondary research.
- Assist with data cleansing, validation, and record maintenance.
- Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports/trackers.
- Manage and validate data using Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
- Identify and resolve data gaps while ensuring accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks within timelines and follow defined processes.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and research efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of secondary research and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Process-oriented mindset with familiarity with AI tools being an added advantage.

Stipend - Rs 25,000 per month
