Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of business processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within SAP IBP.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
