The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within cloud-based SAP environments.
- Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex application problems.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP ABAP Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse technical teams.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
