Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools related to Kubernetes clusters.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, scaling, and networking within Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve operational workflows.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
