We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with robust expertise in 2D and 3D design for office building projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in multiple design and drafting software tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into exact technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for office buildings, layouts, and interiors.
Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site changes.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
SketchUp / 3ds Max (3D Modeling)
Revit (BIM)
Photoshop / Illustrator (Presentation Work)
Lumion / V-Ray (Rendering)
Solid understanding of architectural design principles.

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree
Minimum 25 years of drafting experience in building projects.
Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
