Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads
Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Develop lead-generation campaigns targeting Australian audiences.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copy and offers.
Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.

Google Ads
Set up and manage Google Search campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and develop relevant keyword strategies.
Create and optimise ad copy and landing-page campaigns.
Manage bidding, budgets and negative keywords.
Track conversions and optimise campaigns based on performance.
Identify high-intent search opportunities within the Australian market.

SEO
Conduct keyword research focused on Australian search behaviour.
Develop on-page and technical SEO strategies.
Optimise website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings and content.
Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Develop an ongoing SEO growth strategy.

Analytics & Reporting




Track campaign performance and lead-generation metrics.
Analyse Google Analytics / GA4 and advertising-platform data.
Provide regular performance reports.
Identify what is working, what isn't and what should be changed.
Make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong practical knowledge of SEO.
Previous experience targeting the Australian market is highly preferred.
Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, funnels and conversion optimisation.
Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make informed optimisation decisions.
Solid understanding of landing pages, ad creatives and conversion funnels.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing performance.
Solid communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
