About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on GEO/AEO experience to build production-grade AI solutions and improve visibility across AI-powered search, conversational interfaces and generative search experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Drive GEO, AEO and SGE initiatives to improve visibility and discoverability across AI-driven search and generative interfaces.
- Optimize content, data and digital experiences for AI-powered search, conversational queries and LLM-based experiences.
- Build solutions using LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG and vector databases.
- Analyze search intent, AI-generated responses, retrieval patterns, citations and content discoverability to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build experiments and measurement frameworks to evaluate GEO/AEO strategies and AI search performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.




- Monitor and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, relevance, latency and overall user experience.

Ideal Candidate

- 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on GEO/AEO experience.
- 1 year of experience in GEO, AEO or SGE, with exposure to AI-driven search interfaces, conversational queries and generative search experiences.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search and/or RAG-based systems.
- Robust understanding of how modern search engines and AI systems retrieve, rank and generate responses, including semantic and entity-based optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content structuring for AI consumption, including schema, context building and knowledge representation.
- BE / B.Tech or Dual Degree only, including B.Tech M.Tech or Integrated MSc/MS.
