Responsibilities

- Build conversational and agentic AI workflows using Python, LangGraph, CrewAI, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Develop asynchronous backend services using FastAPI, async/await, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Build RAG, agent memory, state-machine, tool-calling, and multi-step orchestration workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and business applications.




- Improve AI reliability through Pydantic, structured outputs, validation, retries, fallbacks, and evaluation.
- Debug real-world AI workflows and take ownership of features from development through testing and deployment.

Qualifications
- Pre-final/final-year B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong Python fundamentals with exposure to FastAPI, async programming, APIs, Git/GitHub, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, Pydantic, agentic workflows, or similar AI technologies is a solid plus.
- Prior AI/backend projects, GitHub contributions, hackathons, research, or deployed applications will help your application stand out.
- Must be a self-starter who can research, experiment, troubleshoot, and work independently with reasonable guidance.
