You'll sit inside the AI Competency Centre — the team responsible for taking AI from pilot to production across Capstone Group's businesses (real estate, heavy equipment, fashion retail). This is where real deployments happen, not just roadmap slides.

The role AI Engineer / AI Product Research Intern.

You get real freedom to do R&D; and directly ship into the applied product. We are a very small team building AI native products, which means you work directly with the founders and builders of Cosmoplex. No layers, no forwarding your questions up a chain. You ask, you get an answer, you build.

What you'll actually do:





- Discover — go find what's actually working in AI research or products right now and bring it back before someone else does
- Apply — turn that research into something a non-English-first, non-technical user can actually use
- Build — ship real features into a real product, not a prototype that dies in a deck
- Earn your stripes — we don't hand out the title "AI builder." You take it by showing the outcome.

1. Customer-focused. Every solution we ship has to make a real person's life measurably better. Not "technically impressive." Better. ( Impact vs technical jargon)
2. Tool-agnostic, plug-and-play architecture. No hard constraints to a single vendor, model, or framework. If a better tool exists tomorrow, our architecture should let us swap it in without a rebuild - fast adoption of latest innovations in AI
3. Exhibit Solution Orientation all the time
4. Work ethic and outcome focus is minimum criteria for you to work in our team

Who we want

- Highly optimistic builders who look at current AI research and ask "how do I ship this by Friday," not "let's discuss this in the next sync."
- Full ownership, no hand-holding. We do not want to work with people we need to convince to do the work or show an outcome. If that's you,



this role will be miserable for both of us.
- Demonstrated capability to build with the latest AI — not "I did a course," not "I read about it." Show us you built or broke something with it.
- Someone who wants to build their own startup one day. This is the closest thing to founder-mode you'll get without actually founding something yet. (if you have read this far pls answer have you read full JD on LI as NO instead of yes)
- We Don't underestimate what a small focused team can build - you can be that team member

AI usage in your application: use AI to help you answer. What we care about is whether you can demonstrate — in your own examples, your own architectural decisions, your own failures — that you can build or break things on your own. AI-polished answers with nothing real behind them will be obvious, and will be rejected. AI Slop will not be attended to!

The fine print

- Full-time, in-office role from Bangalore.
- Stipend: ₹20,000/month. Flat. This is a mission-filter, not a market-rate offer — we're upfront about that.
- Minimum 4-month commitment. We're not interested in people testing the water.
- Open to IIT/NIT students and graduates, or anyone who can demonstrably prove equivalent builder capability — pedigree is a signal, not a gate. Show us the proof and the institute stops mattering.
- If you're optimizing for stipend, this is not the place for you.
- If building something excites you - this will be jump start for your career and can convert into full time role
